From market stalls to topics such as Instrument Operations or Roche Molecular Diagnostics, to interactive workshops, such as cyber security and artificial intelligence, to creative projects in the Virtual Factory - curiosity has been ubiquitous. In exciting laboratory experiments, children and parents were able to experiment and research together, which led to astonishing faces and shared aha moments.
The positive energy of the day was evident in the children's bright eyes and the fascinating questions they asked. It has become clear that such a day is more than just an introduction to the world of work - it is an opportunity to broaden horizons, to regain confidence and to gain a new perspective on job opportunities. What started out as a cautious interest quickly became a real enthusiasm and ensured that this day would be remembered for both the children and for us as a company.
