“Chillout” in Rotkreuz: more than just a break from everyday work - for an attractive working environment

Roche in Rotkreuz organises various events throughout the year or supports and facilitates participation.

Something for all

Roche invites its employees to various events several times a year to get together in a relaxed atmosphere and, for example, to round off the year together. Newly, there is now the opportunity to meet every Thursday at the site for a drink before the end of the working day. During Volunteering Week in May, interested people were able to do good and expand their network by volunteering in mixed groups - this relieves the workload on non-profit organisations and enables Roche colleagues to work in an exciting and varied way. In May and June, Roche offers the opportunity to take part in the Bike to Work Challenge, Switzerland's largest cycling campaign. Employees can contribute to the annual Roche Children's Walk by taking part in local walks to raise money for projects that support children in need. The events are so varied that there should be something for all.
