On 5 November, the first Inside Roche students edition took place. With great energy and curiosity, around 200 students from various fields of study gathered at Roche in Basel to spend an evening looking behind the scenes, engaging in genuine dialogues, and experiencing the world of Roche firsthand.
This year's ‘bike to work’ challenge at Roche in Rotkreuz was a resounding success. With a record number of 398 participants covering a total of over 163,000 kilometres, the event not only sent out a strong signal for sustainability, but also raised a significant donation for the community of Blatten in Valais, which was affected by a landslide.

Roche in Rotkreuz organises various events throughout the year or supports and facilitates participation. The aim is not only to ensure that employees at the site have fun.
The visitor day took place in Rotkreuz on 26 March 2024. Around 60 participants took the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at Roche Diagnostics International.
The first summit of the Klima-Charta Zug+ project took place on 25 March under the motto "Intelligent solutions for climate-friendly Zug companies!". Roche Diagnostics International (RDI) hosted the event in Rotkreuz, as the company has supported this initiative since its beginnings.
Roche has been committed to the environment for decades. As part of our goals for the next ten years, we aim to reduce our overall ecological footprint by half by 2030. The Rotkreuz site is already implementing various sustainable projects.
